Steps to execute this test
  1. User opens site on IE11 or similar
  2. System detects unsupported browser
  3. Message: 'Your browser may not support all features'
  4. Suggests upgrading to Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge
  5. Basic functionality may still work
